What We DO

Hagood Advisors will work as your HR partner to assess your business practices and keep you informed of changing employment laws and standards. Hagood Advisors can tailor their services to meet your needs, whether providing a one-time assessment of your current practices with recommendations for needed changes, or developing an ongoing consultation arrangement so you have someone to call when issues arise. Hagood Advisors’ goal is to help your small business reduce risk and improve employee performance, without the necessity of a full time HR department or legal counsel.
